His style of facilitating is engaging, informative and enrolls his audience.  A career colorist and Global hair color educator sharing his passion and inspiring others to achieve their best is his focus.

George is an award-winning colorist, a NAHA winner & 4X finalist and BangStyle Supreme Artist of the year.  An accomplished hair color educator, he is consistently named one of the top colorists throughout the world by numerous media outlets.  A trade show favorite, George is a guest artist appearing in the U.S. and Internationally.  As a Beauty Underground Team member George has the freedom to create beauty without boundaries.

A dynamic hairstylist and master colourist , Marlo Steenman has devoted over 30 years to the beauty industry and 22 of those years to educating, coaching, mentoring and sharing her knowledge and expertise both in North America and Europe . She was awarded the NAHA for Colourist of the year in 2015. Marlo has been a finalist for Canadian Colourist of the Year in 2012 for both the Contessa and Mirror Awards,  nominated and a finalist for Master Colourist of the Year in 2014, and nominated and finalist for Master Colourist of the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 . A natural leader with a passion for learning and teaching, Marlo is a progressive force in the beauty industry and always up to a challenge whether the situation calls for educating, colour technique, makeovers and her popular workshops ‘Curls Gone Wild’.

Amanda Quarshie has been a creative colorist in the beauty industry for over 12 years, leading the color team at Blyss Salon in Toronto.  Amanda believes in enhancing the natural beauty, while ensuring the health and integrity of each client’s hair.

Her passion and dedication have led her to become a trusted educator for the Davines Artistic Team where she enjoys every opportunity to add to her knowledge and impart it to other salons and hairstylists.

Creating effortless color and staying updated with the latest trends, Amanda is also a part of a group of bloggers who showcase her creative techniques and inspiration that make her distinction as a creative colorist!

Teri Dougherty

As an Aloxxi Artistic Advisor, Teri Dougherty brings over 30 years, teaching in over 50 countries, to the team.  Her expertise has taught her that hairdressers speak a universal language and she’s been able to educate successfully and build comradery on a global scale because of it.  Teri has been named International Hair Colorist of the year 2008 by International Color Exchange, one of the Top 10 Colorists by the Colorist magazine and one of the Top 75 Educators of the 20th Century by Modern Salon Magazine.  Her award-winning work has pushed the boundaries of hair design, transferring raw inspiration into visions, concepts and designs that hairdressers can use daily in their salons.  Teri’s favorite is breaking down techniques and defining the methodology into tips for speed and accuracy with cut and color, and styles. Hair design is an art and all art has a method.  And while she has presented to audiences in the thousands, today she still finds the most joy in one-on-one education where she gets to share her passion and connect more intimately.
