ICA Councils
Color Council
The Color Council is headed by the Creative Color Director and a Color Educational Director who are selected by the President. They each serve a three year term. Color Council members are selected for one year terms where they are able to showcase their salon and work, while mentoring other salons. This affords members the opportunity to work with the best of the best.
Cutting Council
The Cutting Council is made up of the Cutting Director and members selected by the President for one year terms. During their term, they gather new looks and present the looks and techniques during an Atelier. They also oversee the Breakout Class showing new trends and techniques so member salons can bring back these ideas to their respective cities.
Business Panels
The Business Panels are a group of members, selected by the President, who are willing to share with our members their experiences about all aspects of running a forward thinking salon. These panels are made up of proven salon owners with the goal of sharing best practices.
